Payment:
Payment is made upfront in full, through our online wholesale shop. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Order minimum:
Our current wholesale minimum is $300.

Order Fulfillment
Orders may take up to a fortnight to be fulfilled.

Changes to orders:
There’s is a 12hr window in which you can contact us via email to edit your order.

Shipping:
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. We will provide a quote before the order is shipped.

International shipping:
We do not ship outside of Australia.

Back order:
In the rare circumstance that we are not able to fulfill your order in full due to stock issues, we will ship out all available items, and contact you with information about the expected arrival date of the unavailable items, which will be delivered as soon as possible, with no exta shipping cost.

Damages:
We recommened inspecting all items as soon as they are delivered to you. We can replace any damaged or defected items that are reported to us within 12hrs.

Returns:
Unless damaged or defect, we do not offer returns.

Consignment:
We do not currently offer consignment.

Branding:
We will provide business cards and marketing material, as well as a digital assets bundle for online marketing. All our branding images are free to use, as long as credit to our business is made in any social media posts. It is prohibited to sell our products under any other branding/packaging.
